康维信成立于1995年，随着业务的不断扩大和发展，于2001年成为史达德大药厂负责中国地区行销业务的子公司。目前，公司拥有一支专业化的药品销售队伍，业务遍布全国40多个主要省、市和自治区，销售额每年保持两位数的增长，幅度持续超越市场水平。
